I am life-long educator guiding students toward success in their individual academic pursuits with a focus on intellectual, vocational, and personal fulfillment.

As the Assistant Director for Career Exploration at St. Lawrence University’s Center for Career Excellence, I work to guide and mentor students in our robust liberal arts curriculum as they find their passions and pursue their paths to success. I create and curate our digital content for resume development, cover letters, networking, job searches, and more. You can find much of this content on our YouTube channel or on our Handshake page (St. Lawrence login required). I also teach Careers 251, a senior-level course that develops student professionalization as they strive to make a post-graduation impact on their local, national, and global communities.

Elsewhere at St. Lawrence, I have taught courses to meet institutional demands in the First Year Program, mentoring students as they develop abilities to read, write, and research at the college level. My classes explore the intersection of religion and politics, exposing students to religious and cultural studies theory, conceptions of authority and textuality, and the power of narratives to construct society.
